Delivery Times

For estimating delivery time, processing takes 2 business days from the time of your order, and must be added to your selected shipping speed.

All of my products are shipped via Canada Post.

All of the shipping options include tracking, so that you will be notified when it leaves, where it is during its journey, and when to expect it.

Shipping times at the time of delivery departure are not guaranteed by Wild Hedge Nest as items are shipped by Canada Post.

**please note when a package is in transit it could be delayed by many things, such as extreme weather, catastrophes, and political alterations which cannot be controlled to make your item ship faster - your patience is greatly appreciated!

 

Incorrect Address

Important!

I am not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, as the system uses the shipping address provided from your entry, so please make certain it’s correct at checkout!

You do have a small window of opportunity to change the address while it's in process of fulfillment and before it's arrived at the shipper. 

Please use the Chat button on the bottom right of the website to reach me in time.

Once an item is shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.

Either you create a new order, or with one-of-a-kind items, you must wait for the package to be returned to Wild Hedge Nest, and then you need to pay for shipping again for it to reach the correct address.

Lost in Transit/Stolen

Wild Hedge Nest is not responsible for any items after they leave our facility.

Any item that is lost in transit, says it’s been delivered but you haven’t received it, cannot be delivered, or stolen, you must contact Canada Post to file any claims with them at:.

If a purchase is lost in the mail and you’ve resolved with Canada Post that they cannot locate it to be delivered, please email us at wildhedgenest@outlook.com with the order number and the details from Canada Post, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Damaged Items

Wild Hedge Nest is not liable for items damaged in transit, and you must report it to Canada Post at:

Customs & Import Taxes

You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Wild Hedge Nest is not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Gifts

If your purchase is a gift sent directly to the recipient, please understand that it will ship to the address provided with the true value, which is legally required to be listed on the shipping label, attached on the outside of the package.

 

Pick-Up

If you, or someone you know, lives locally and is able to pick-up the purchase, then all you need to do is choose the Pick-Up option when going through Checkout. 

You will be notified when the order is ready and all you need to do is let me know via the chat option on the website that you've arrived, and I will bring it out to you.
