Any products that are wearable will have measurements within the individual product descriptions, and you can use these to ensure fit before you purchase.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP AND ARRIVE?
Your order will start it's journey to you within 2 days of your checkout.
Time in transit depends on the shipping method you choose, which will show you an estimated time of delivery from the time the shipment starts its journey.
Canada Post prides itself on its delivery standards, but there can be any number of possible extraneous delays, such as customs or extreme weather situations.

HOW MUCH FOR SHIPPING AND DO I PAY FOR IT?
If your purchase is $75 or more shipping to any location in Canada or USA, OR you can pick it up, the shipping is FREE!!!
Otherwise, shipping costs vary depending on the mailing address, weight and size of your package, and automatically calculated for you at checkout.
You have options for how quickly and how much you want to pay for your shipping when you're checking out.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
I use Canada Post to deliver all my packages and they are the royal treatment of shipping.
Not only do you get to choose how quickly or much you pay for shipping, but they keep you posted on where your package is throughout it's journey.
All this information is supplied to you through your email.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?
You need to know that Digital products and Gift Cards are non-refundable.
You can exchange unused products in their original condition within 14 days upon received date.

HOW DO I KEEP MY PURCHASE CLEAN?
Care instructions vary and details are included with each individual product description, and come with your purchase.
WHY NOT USE REAL MOSS?
I don't use real vegetation other than wood for many reasons.
One of which is that they cannot last as long as the fibres I use, and I hope that the items I create will last several lifetimes.
Another reason is that it takes a very, very long time for moss to grow and harvesting it is done either unethically or at a farm that requires resources better utilized elsewhere.
The last reason is that in order to use real moss, it needs to be treated with chemicals, which only last so long, and will require care and treatment from you, otherwise it will dry out and crumble like all dried flora.
