RETURN & REFUND POLICY

I have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

In the event it's a gift, you may contact me with your concerns via the Contact page.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags it came with still attached, and in its original packaging.

You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start the return process, you must contact me via the Contact page.

If your return request is accepted, I'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send your package.

Please note that returns that do not fall into the damaged, defective, or incorrect item categories will be sent to Toronto, Ontario, M6S 3J3, Canada, and you are responsible for the shipping cost.

Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will also not be accepted.

A refund will not be given on a return until it arrives and meets the return criteria.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and if the item is defective, damaged or if it's the wrong item, contact me immediately via the Contact page so that I can evaluate the issue and work with you to arrange a solution. 

If the package and item was damaged during transit, then you must follow the guidelines in the shipping policy.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including sales items, gift cards, digital items, and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want, is to make a new purchase for the your chosen item before you get your returning item to me.

If you're concerned about the costs associated with this kind of exchange, then you will need to wait for the return to arrive back at Wild Hedge Nest and be accepted, and then you can create the purchase for the new item.

European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all the tags it came with still attached, and in its original packaging.

You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

Once I've received and inspected your return to meet the requirements, I will let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take that long because your bank or credit card company needs to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since I've approved your return, and you haven't received your refund, please contact me immediately via the Contact Page.
